In the 1800s, this magnificent estate belonged to the famous nobleman Sulkhan Chavchavadze. A pioneer in winemaking, Chavchavadze built the estate and vineyards in 1891. Today, what was once a haven for a noble society has been tastefully converted into an exquisite 19-room boutique hotel.
